• Device ID: A user's Device ID, used to access the app, undergoes a one-way hash before being stored on our backend servers. This information is irreversibly encrypted, hence, it is clarified and informed that the developers cannot access it, and we will never use it for communication or any other purpose unless we obtain a consent from you.

While Dialogue strives to provide accurate, reliable, and functional AI-generated summaries and podcasts, no guarantees are made regarding their accuracy, completeness, or reliability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Dialogue and its developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of Dialogue, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to damages resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
